Beer Description
At 9.5%ABV this is a little stronger than a cider but definitely a little milder than most meads although it is definately not mild flavored.
“A semi-sweet cyser with a touch of tart cherries. The tartness of the apples (and cherries) is obvious, but not overpowering. The honey softens the apples and cherries which add complexity to the honey. A great mead for the summer.
