American style Oktoberfest that is smooth, has an aroma of toasted bread and pie crust, and a clean, dry finish.
A smooth, amber-colored lager with an aroma of toasted bread and pie crust, and a clean, dry finish. Unfiltered. Brewed with Vienna and Munich malts. Fermented with Augustiner yeast. Cold lagered for weeks. Ambivalent in its fortuity, with hints of woodland animals on the nose.
