Beer Description
Brewed in the middle of a hop field, Piled High Imperial Fresh Hop Ale just might be one of the freshest Fresh Hop Ales around. It took just five minutes to get these wet Simcoe® and Mosaic™ hops out of the picking machine and into the brew kettle. This recipe uses exclusively fresh hops, from bittering to “wet” hopping, and at 25 pounds of fresh hops per barrel, it’s meant for only the most serious of hop heads.
