Beer Description
Once reserved for Bavarian royalty for its light sparkling quality, Hefeweizen is considerably more democratic today.
In fact, at Gordon Biersch we’ve brewed a special batch of our Hefeweizen to serve our guests throughout July and August! Hundreds of years ago in Germany, wheat beers were considered “breakfast” or “after church” beers, a testament to their light refreshing flavor and a tradition of drinking them on weekend afternoon. We invite you to enjoy our Hefeweizen any day of the week this summer along with our special summer menu.
