This one is brewed entirely with Pilsner malt and spicy German hops. Fermented at a warm temperature with a traditional Belgian yeast strain.
Total contrarian brew here. Who’d expect a saison to appear on winters doorstep? Expect some peppery, spicy, earthy and refreshing characteristics especially since this version features a small amount of coriander. Salute our American forefathers and their false wooden teeth. Cheers!
