Beer Description
This 7.0% medium-bodied, coffee-colored Baltic Porter carries flavors of Madagascar vanilla and Mexican cinnamon with the aromatics of dark Oaxaca chocolate.
Big flavors do not have to be synonymous with one-and-done beers. We love dessert just as much as we love dark beer and we think that enjoying more than one of either should never be a problem. In this medium-bodied Baltic Porter we use a combination of specialty malts and caramel to capture rich flavors like chocolate, caramel and vanilla alongside lager yeast that brings a clean finish. This Baltic Porter pairs well with dishes such as chocolate mole or caramel flan.
