Beer Description
Our interpretation of the West Coast IPA is well-balanced and huge in hop flavor and aroma without overpowering bitterness. A blend of hop varietals yields tropical fruit aromatics that give way to flavors of grapefruit and pine. The balancing malt presence brings out a bready character and light caramel undertones that lay the foundation to showcase the hops.
