Raphael Mettler met Peter and Heather Dickson at Six Point. Peter is a tattoo aficionado. That’s why he visits Sainte-Croix regularly and stays with the Leu family. On the occasion of Peter’s 2013 trip, we decided to brew a beer, here in Switzerland, following a Six Point Brewery recipe, with the proviso that the beer be aged in oak barrels for a year. The result is a double-ale-type Belgian beer with jalapenos and fermented raspberries. It will be exported to the USA but will also be available in Switzerland in October 2014.
