Beer Description
Wheat beer aged for 12 months in 6 year-old Paul Mason VSOP Brandy Barrels.
Ghostly pale, with a fine haze. Aroma of white raisins and peaches with creamy hints of vanilla. On the palate, dry, vinous and apple-like, as a fine cider. Mellow barrel character with a soft, elegant tannic finish, with lingering almondy notes.
