Beer Description
Our Russian Imperial Smores Stout aged in Buffalo Trace barrels for 13 months.
This batch of Barrel Aged Dinosmores is a Jacques Cousteau deep dive into the inky, charcoal abysses and floral, soaring seamounts of Buffalo Trace. A 13 month rest in 10 year old bourbon barrels marries dark, rich wood sugars and burnt treacle with rich malts and layered vanilla while tendrils of bourbon float upwards with wisps of Seville oranges, blossom honey and cracked black pepper.
