Anderson Valley Mendo Mello

Within hours of the harvest, these “wet” hops are added directly to the kettle, imparting herbal, hoppy aromas that hide hints of pine and garden-fresh green vegetable. The flavor has a crisp, hop bitterness supported by a light, bready malt backbone with undertones of toasted bagel. Although the bitterness is fairly high, the lean body and clean hop flavors giving this beer a high drinkability.
