Unlike most gluten free beers, we don’t use sorghum. Instead we use quality, Colorado-grown and roasted millet to achieve a sweet, malty flavor in our gluten free beers.
Brewed as a traditional schwarzbier, this easy-drinking, crisp dark lager has hints of chocolate and coffee as well as our own addition of toasted coconut, bringing complexity and character to this german style black beer.
Inspired by one of our favourite cocktails, this beer was soured with our house lacto culture, then aged on lime zest and American oak infused with whiskey and angostura bitters.
