pour is hazy and yellow, hosting a thin cap of fine, white foam and only the faintest aroma. The flavor is similarly light with a bit of citrus noted. The finish is clean and crisp.

A 9.0% ABV Double "Vermont-Style" IPA brewed with Cashmere, Idaho 7, Mosaic and El Dorado Hops. A grain bill featuring 2-row, white wheat, oats and vienna provides a sturdy malt backbone which balances the firm yet smooth bitterness. Fermented with a Vermont ale yeast that provides a full-bodied mouthfeel and nice fruity esters.

A hoppy single hop IPA brewed with Idaho 7. Aromas of tropical fruit & citrus lends a smooth bitterness and hoppy finish. This single hop IPA will have you ready to set sail on a voyage of flavor!

Tusk Till Dawn is our first collaboration beer with our friends Barage brewing! It's part of our "Welwyn Walls" Series. This Imperial Milk Stout is brewed with lactose, peanut butter powder, and cacao nibs. A rich essence of milk chocolate and peanut butter compliment the roasted malts and creamy mouthfeel from the milk sugar. The artwork for this series is created by local artist john Machione, where he creates each original "ruins" mural on display at the Welwyn Preserve here in Glen Cove. So take a a trip and find it for yourself!

Our First Local to Locals draft release is an American Hoppy & Hazy Pale ale single hopped with Australian Summer Hops. This beer pours a pale, hazy yellow with a distinctive aromas of apricot and melon. A well balance beer that is refreshing and extremely drinkable!

Tart, refreshing and pours deep purple. This kettle sour is packed with over 120lb's of seedless Oregon blueberries and has a hoppy Mosaic finish.
