Imperial stout brewed in collaboration with our friends Rob and Anthony from Transmitter Brewing. We built a malt bill built on English Marris Otter, with layers of roast wheat, chocolate malt, and three different crystal malts for a deep sweet maillard character balanced with a hint of roast bitterness. Fermented with a Belgian strain, which produced fruit filled ester aromatic notes. Post fermentation we added Balaton tart cherry juice, cacao nibs and graham crackers. This desert beer has a sweet, tart flavor, with a cracker crisp finish.
