The next hop couple pairing in our ongoing series of flavor duets is Citra x Centennial. Citra hit the scene 10 years ago when Centennial was already a seasoned vet of craft beer. We love them both - and use them all the time - but we don’t have an IPA that blends them. Brewed with equal parts Pils, Wheat & Oats. Fermented with our blend of American and English ale yeast. Hopped in WP and Dry hopped with Citra and Centennial.

Brewed with our homies from L.A. @mumfordbrewing on their last trip to the Brooklyn zone. It’s just like that, we wanted to make a hybrid double IPA that would remind our finicky tastebuds of the dank IPAs that flowed out of SoCal when we were cutting our teeth on Citra, and Galaxy was a hop no one had heard of yet. Dank, resinous and weedy, but also tropical and citrusy. Hopped with Citra, Galaxy and Columbus, then double dry hopped with more Citra and Citra Lupulin dust. Fermented with our house blend of chico and english ale.

Interboro/Transmitter Mouth Full Of Gold Teeth

Imperial stout brewed in collaboration with our friends Rob and Anthony from Transmitter Brewing. We built a malt bill built on English Marris Otter, with layers of roast wheat, chocolate malt, and three different crystal malts for a deep sweet maillard character balanced with a hint of roast bitterness. Fermented with a Belgian strain, which produced fruit filled ester aromatic notes. Post fermentation we added Balaton tart cherry juice, cacao nibs and graham crackers. This desert beer has a sweet, tart flavor, with a cracker crisp finish.
