Craft Beer Cartel, Fort Lauderdale’s first Home Brew Supply and Bottle Shop, will launch their new monthly Home Brewing class on Saturday February 28th from 1pm to 4pm. Lead by Jonathan “Jack” Jackman, the class will introduce aspiring brewers to brewing ingredients, the process of making a half mash brew, and different essentials to the brewing process. Each month will focus on a different type of beer, starting with a Pale Ale on the 28th.The class is open to the public, and the $20 entry includes a Craft Beer Cartel T-Shirt, snacks, and beer sampling throughout the day.
