We give cask ale a rest for the summer and fire it back up after Labor Day. Although, we generally stay local for our cask supply, this feels like a great occasion to get something special from the mother country! Beavertown’s Gamma Ray is massively hopped in the late boil and dry hopped up the wazzuu with Bravo, Amarillo, Citra, Columbus, and Calypso hops for a stinkfest of a good time.
