About this Event
When brewmasters and chefs get together, all of us regular folks at the bar win. Brewmaster Garrett Oliver and Chef Michael Carrino are putting their heads together to come up with a guided pairings tasting menu crafted to match beers from deep within Garrett’s personal stash in the Brooklyn cellars.
Afterwards, (no entrance fee) join us at the bar at 8 PM for a full-scale tap takeover featuring Defender IPA, Lord Sorachi, Sorachi Ace, Summer Ale, and one of the last kegs of Improved Old Fashioned available, with Whistle Pig Rye cocktails to pair. This part of the night is open to all comers, so be sure to talk loudly about your excellent blind date earlier.
