We’re really looking forward to our upcoming beer dinner with Solemn Oath Brewery (Naperville) on Thursday, May 5. If you’re a fan of Solemn Oath like many of us at Vie, you don’t want to miss this dinner. If you aren’t familiar with their beers, May 5 is an ideal time to become acquainted: We’ll be pouring six Solemn Oath beers thoughtfully paired with seasonal dishes from Chef Paul Virant.
