Our Firestone Walker class will feature the brewery’s Anniversary ales from 2011 to 2015. Each year Firestone invites local winemakers to help them construct a complex combination of as many as 8 of their limited brews with different methods of barrel-aging accompanying the unique cuvees.
Join us and Firestone Walker’s own Garret Brown while he takes you through their 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th Anniversary Ales and teaches us about the differences in each recipe as well as the effects of having cellared them over the years.
Cheeses will be selected by Amanti Vino to accompany these big, bold beers.
