Join us at McQ’s Bar & Grill as we invite to Bolingbrook for our beer dinner series Pollyanna Brewing Company.
Pollyanna Brewing Company’s beer is and will always be clean and consistent with a strong focus on balance. Our four flagship offerings best represent Pollyanna and take pride in their year-round availability. Pollyanna is constantly experimenting with local fruits and spices, seasonal lagers, barrel-aging, and wild yeast and bacteria.
Our Chef Greg Mackey has created a four course menu that perfectly pairs some of Pollyanna Brewing’s beers with his unique twist on comfort food favorites!
Pollyanna Brewing Company’s founder, Paul Ciciora, will be on hand to discuss the evening’s beer pairings along side Chef Greg Mackey.
