Soup: Carrot and Coconut Soup paired with Hop Trip Pale Ale
Salad: Strawberry Fall Salad – Mixed greens, yellow peppers, strawberries, feta cheese, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and glazed walnuts with a Fresh Squeezed IPA vinaigrette. Paired with Fresh Squeezed IPA
Entrée: Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pork Tenderloin w/ apple sauce, rosemary potatoes and green beans. Paired with Black Butte Porter
Dessert: Pumpkin Fritters served with a warm caramel sauce and a chocolate/balsamic glaze. Paired with Chasin’ Freshies IPA
