PropSlam at Bigby’s
We will be tapping 2016 Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout Proprietor’s. We will also be tapping Bell’s Hopslam. Tapping will begin at 4 when we open. Chef Jon will be cooking up some special treats as well. We do plan on using the hop rocket to infuse something into a beer. We are open for suggestions, so give us your opinion in the comments. Some options would be: wheat beer or IPA infused with mangoes, Stout with coffee, Stout with chili peppers, Stout with Malort soaked oak chips. Get creative and let us know. Hope to see you all there.
