About this Event

We dig into our cellar for our yearly purge and have selected the following exceptional Imperial Stouts that have been perfectly curated for maximum enjoyment.
May we present the Class of 2014 – Imperial Stouts
Perennial Abraxas -Imperial Stout brewed with Ancho Chiles, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Beans & Cinnamon Sticks.
Goose Island Proprietors Bourbon County Stout – Aged in Rye Whiskey barrels, blended with Vietnamese Cassia Bark, Congo cocoa and a simple syrup made from coconut water and piloncillo sugar.
Founders Imperial Stout – Brewed with ten varieties of malted barley this stout is extremely smooth, complex and rich in body. We recommend serving at cellar temperature. Sit back and enjoy its richness and complexity, you’re about to drink the ultimate winter warmer.
Bell’s Expedition Stout – Immensely complex flavors crafted specifically with vintage aging in mind, as its profile will continue to mature and develop over the years. A huge malt body is matched to a heady blend of chocolate, dark fruits, and other aromas. Intensely bitter in its early months, the flavors will slowly meld and grow in depth as the beer ages.
Will also have an action/raffle to help raise money for a local public neighbourhood school, Hawthorne Scholastic Academy
