⭐ DRAFT ⭐
Cryo-Hero – 7% ABV
A new hero sweeps in from the frozen north, wielding tremendous cold-forged hop power. A generous proportion of concentrated cryo hops showcases blasts of bright, clean citrus and fresh fruit pulp flavor with a sharp, bright finish.
The cryo hop pellets we used to create Cryo-Hero are processed to consolidate the lupulin – which preserves the oils and resins for an even bigger showcase of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Centennial. Every pound of cryo hops packs the punch of two pounds of the regular hops we use. The huge hop character and massive aroma complement a light, smooth golden beer.
Double Dry Hopped Galaxy-Hero – 7.0% ABV
Galaxy Hero is brewed using a blend of 2-row, Amber and Aromatic malts to achieve a deep golden color and toasted malt character. Apollo and Centennial hops are used in the brewhouse for a clean punch of bitterness and citrus character. Now it is time to discuss the dry-hop step and it’s where things really get interesting! The true meaning of the “Double Dry-Hop” is not taking the normal dry-hop rate of Galaxy Hero up from 1 lb. to 2 lb. per Barrel. Nope. We up the rate to 5 lb. per Barrel to a total of 1,100 lbs. of Galaxy and Centennial adding the 1st half on Day#5 and the 2nd half on Day#6 of fermentation! So it’s really 4 times the amount of hop pellets added on 2 separate days. This massive infusion of hop material imparts distinctive aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, fresh cut herbs and grated citrus zest.
Northeast-Hero – 7.1% ABV
A burly Cascadian hulk featuring hops from the Pacific Northwest, this uncompromsing IPA cuts balanced grapefruit and pine bitterness with floral and spice notes.
