This is 10th Anniversary Interlude and it is an al age din red wine barrels with brettanomyces. Two yeast strains are use in this brew (Saison yeast and brettanomyces) and this 2015 release is packaged in a limited run of 1500 magnums.

Over the past few years we have been exploring texture. It has become an obsession. Abrahadabra is a smoothie inspired IPA aimed at bringing a creamy yet dry texture. Brewed with oats, wheat, lactose sugar, berries and citra hops.
Omnipollo Fatamorgana (8%). Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison - rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp - this double IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice for maximum enjoyment.
An unfiltered extra pale ale crafted with five different malts and complimented by northwestern hops make this brew one to enjoy year-round. Generous amounts of hops in the kettle and fermenter give our EPA a citrusy and floral flavor and aroma.
