The most inefficient mode of air travel. A 7.0% hazy IPA made with HBC 586, Michigan-grown Chinook, and WA Mosaic + El Dorado. Bright and dank, underpinned by a lovely orange and lemon zest finish. A light bitterness and medium-pillowy body rounds out this lovely IPA. Don’t look it directly in the eyes.

Double dry hopped with mozzarella. Modeled after Italian brewery Birrificio Italiano’s Tipopils, this beer is light and crisp with unique floral undertones. Multiple dry-hop additions as well as a careful attention to water input and fermentation temperature set this new-world Pilsner apart from the rest of the world’s favorite beer style.

A German-style rich golden lager. Layers of German malt and a charge of soft-edged hops impart flavors of bread-dough and a subtle aroma of herbs and spices. You’ll find this creamy textured beer was born for the season of steins.

Brewed just like in Cologne with all-German ingredients, then fermented slow and cool with an authentic Kölsch yeast strain brought back from brewer/owner Alan Taylor’s studies in Germany. Crisp and lightly fruity- a year-round sessionable German-style ale. 4.9% ABV / 20 IBU Fresh Hop Zoigl-Kölsch is the standard base beer but with 75 lbs of fresh, local Tettnanger hops added in the whirlpool.
