French and Belgian table beers are the perfect sipper meant for everyone around the table. But, as 2020 taught us, Karen is gonna Karen. So, we're not going to give her a seat at this table. This 6.3% Belgiany treat skews higher in ABV than a traditional taflebier; however, its light malt and silky texture are balanced out by a pleasantly mild hoppy finish.
This is an exclusive blend of our Gueuze Lambic with our Framboise Lambic, both of which were aged in French Oak barrels for 2-years right in our "Silk Lounge" in Allentown. Lambics are traditionally fermented with wild yeast and in this case, we used Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, and Brettanomyces for a complex flavor profile including nice Oak tones poking through the sour.
