This is an exclusive blend of our Gueuze Lambic with our Framboise Lambic, both of which were aged in French Oak barrels for 2-years right in our "Silk Lounge" in Allentown. Lambics are traditionally fermented with wild yeast and in this case, we used Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, and Brettanomyces for a complex flavor profile including nice Oak tones poking through the sour.
