  • Von C Dolcita Pale Ale

Hazy Pale Ale · 6.0% · Norristown, PA

Our newest hazy pale ale. Dolcita is the dominant hop that was used to bring this beer to life and was hopped both in the kettle and in the fermentor with newly named Dolcita and Elani hops. Both the hops, as well as our house hazy ale yeast strain, add a huge peach aroma and flavor with notes of coconut, Valencia oranges and caramelized bananas. Soft and fluffy oats allow for a soft and full body while keeping the abv low with balanced bitterness.
