Meet Split the C, our silky nitro stout built for people who like their beer dark, roasty, and dangerously easy to crush. This one glides in with a light body, soft texture, and that hypnotic nitro cascade we could watch all day. Roasted malt takes the lead- think cocoa, toasted grain, a little espresso whisper all landing in a clean, dry finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.. then another. Spiced Winter Warmer The day Sapporo decided to close Anchor Brewing was a sad, sad day. But a few weeks prior to that, they announced the discontinuation of their Special Ale (aka Christmas Ale), and that was a mad, MAD day. We get that a spiced winter warmer is not an easy sell (LIKE, PLEASE BUY THIS BEER) but that version was essentially canonized. It was always rich in malt and interesting in flavor - often spiced, but never with the same combination - and packaged in an iconic bottle (or magnum) with a new label every year. If that beer was to no longer exist…well, what does that say about…um…the storied winter seasonal beer market? And thus, we put it upon ourselves to create a similar rendition, filling that glaring, singular hole on the shelf at your favorite bottle shop. A beer of malts, hops, spices, joy and cheer. A beer you can drink one can of, leave a second can in the back of your fridge, bring the other 2 cans over to your friends house so they can drink one can and regift the other one. So watch out, seasonal shelf turds - it’s another year for our new Special Ale in town and it’s our Distinctive Holiday Ale.

You know when you have too much of a good thing, so much so it’s kind of a bad thing? Like, when the quality of hops are so amazing, year after year, that you just have to get a box of EVERYTHING all the time, even when beer sales are a touch slower over that time span, just enough so one day you look in your walk-in and are like…um, we definitely have too many lots in here of too many varieties. BUT THEY’RE ALL SO FUCKING GOOD. Like in this beer we’ve got three lots of Amarillo from two harvests via Crosby Farms & Roy Farms, last year's Citra from Perrault Farms and Loftus Ranches, and 3 lots of Idaho 7, from Jackson Farms and Crosby again. What’s an IPA Brewer to do in this modern age of fire hops?! CALL IN THE ETSY WITCH AND MAKE THESE KIDS LIKE BEER DUH. WE GOT HOPS TO BURN!

3L This particular Framboos has macerated for five months. The final fruit intensity is 37% (so 370 grams of fruit per litre of finished Framboos). The summer raspberries are hand-picked and cultivated organically by Ferme Framboos. 3 Fonteinen Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The raspberry lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the raspberry lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Framboos. With an abundant forest fruit nose as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Framboos will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artifcial juices, syrups, or sugars added. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley! In the rolling hills around the valley of the Dijle and Laan rivers, in the beautiful Sint-Agatha-Rode (Huldenberg), south-east of Brussels and close to Leuven, is where Ferme Framboos is situated. Owner Jan Butaye focuses on a variety of handpicked berries, particularly on raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants and strawberries.

1TR The 2024 vintage of Black Meridian is a blend of barleywine aged in Blanton’s Bourbon barrels for 12 months and three different imperial stouts aged in Willett Family Estate, Heaven Hill and Blanton’s Bourbon barrels for 27, 28 and 40 months, respectively. The result is a luscious elixir that has aromas and flavors of toasted marshmallow, high percentage cacao bar, burnt sugar, freshly baked chocolate chip brownies and warming bourbon. We suggest letting a pour of Black Meridian sit for several minutes to open up just like a glass of wine. - 15.4% ABV

1TR A Silent Pursuit is the first Munichwine to be bottled/released, ever. Munichwine is a new sub-style of barleywine that I have created quietly at Private Press throughout the pandemic. The genesis of this new beer style is rooted in my admiration for both barleywine and Munich malt. A Silent Pursuit was Aged in both bourbon and California grape brandy barrels, and reminds me of spirit-soaked bread pudding, topped with toasted nuts, flambéed bananas, and covered in a date caramel sauce.

Life Is Round is a deep crimson colored Barleywine blended from Old Fitzgerald, Blantons, and Weller barrels. A duo of Barleywines coalesce into aromas of dark cherry, dried plum, vanilla, and marshmallow. The blend reveals flavors of marzipan, English toffee, brown sugar taffy, and homemade caramel. Bright notes of dark raisin and a hint of baking spice bear a nod to the distinguished Barleywine culture from abroad.

1RB Oak Aged Missouri and Oregon Wild Ale with Red and Black Raspberries Coexpressionalism is a collaboration brewed with our friend Trevor Rogers of de Garde Brewing in Tillamook Oregon. This Lambic-inspired beer expresses the house characteristics of both Side Project and de Garde by brewing a turbid wort with aged hops and fermenting it entirely in a French Oak Foedre with a blend of our cultures and our favorite Oregon Red and Black Raspberries. After aging, we naturally conditioned this blend until it was ready to be shared with you.
