Malbec and Cabernet Franc with intense flavors of blackcurrant, cherry jam, cinnamon, and chocolate yield a complex, yet balanced wine. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months adds depth. A limited-production wine that pairs well with traditional Argentine Parrilla – a mixed grill of lamb, veal, and pork.
