Our homage to the Marvelous City. Our Rio de Janeiro that hums with the climate, its people, its history and its future. Chaos? For some, this sets the constant state of change that the Rio de Janeiro lives. Many find derogatory, many find it a compliment, but the fact is that the “Hell January” kicks off sighs of all who visit it, either heat or love.
Our Carioca Lager style we created is a hybrid beer. A Ale yeast, fermenting Lager in temperature to combine the best of both worlds. lightweight body, citrus, clean scent. An authentic SMASH, which takes only malt and hops Pilsen Columbus. Refreshing, aromatic and definitely Carioca!
