Beer Description
We use rye and some caramel malts to spice up the ratio and wheat. Yes, enough wheat to give an amazing lather and balance the equatio.
Our goal was to recreate the classic American IPA, but with its own personality. We started the maximum of hops we could without compromising the refreshment of this beer and the result is an assertive, resinous and powerful bitterness! In the aroma we have citrus, tropical and pine notes lent by Columbus, Cascade and Zythos.
