Collab w/Humble Sea. A vibrant, orchard fruit-forward profile from an expressive yeast strain & a smattering of the finest Galaxy, Citra, & Nectaron (a new hop from NZ that puts out candy-like notes of passionfruit, pineapple & fresh grapefruit zest.
Collaboration with our Santa Cruz buds, Humble Sea. First there was, Partying’s Tight! And then there was, Partying’s Still Tight! And then 2020 hit, and all of a sudden “Partying’s Tough”. So we’re gonna close out the series with our biggest and baddest yet, I Don’t Party Anymore. Featuring a vibrant, orchard fruit-forward fermentation profile from an expressive yeast strain, and a smattering of the finest Galaxy, Citra, & Nectaron hops we could source. What’s up with Nectaron? It’s a new hop from New Zealand that puts out candy-like notes of passionfruit and pineapple, along with fresh grapefruit zest. You’ll dig this trio of hops!
