Alvarado Street + Burial Cryptic Repose

The thoughtful, poetic and impassioned endeavors of the brewing coterie at Burial Beer laid claim to our hearts long ago. We struck out together with intention, to venture far away from the perplexity and opacity of latter-day hop infused liquids. Yet, every turn returned us to the sphinx of lagers uncomplicated by the constraints of passing time and elucidation. In consequence, we present this unfiltered German-style Keller Pils, heavily infused with the noble new-world intentions of Lorien and Saphir hops with a resolute Citra inclusion. Expressed orange peel, lilac, hay, and dried bread crust meld with enigmatic herbal constituents and a compelling spice. What was lost has been found, and now we may rest.
