Beer Description
We took Mai Tai, our multiple GABF medal winning, decidedly “tropical” IPA with 100% Mosaic hops and pretty much stacked it to the rafters with juicy, aromatic mandarin oranges. And we gotta say, it absolutely rips!
We took Mai Tai, our multiple GABF medal winning, decidedly “tropical” IPA with 100% Mosaic hops and pretty much stacked it to the rafters with juicy, aromatic mandarin oranges. And we gotta say, it absolutely rips! The blueberry and mango notes from the Mosaic tetris together seamlessly with the vibrant, sweet, floral essence of freshly peeled mandarin oranges. A subdued bitterness and a small kick of natural acidity work in tandem to balance the sweetness. And even with all of this additional fruit, it retains the light body and drinkability that Mai Tai is known for.
