As it was carefully aged in 37% new French oak barrels impartsa roundness and creaminess to the palate without overwhelming it, reminiscent of achardonnay but without excessive oakiness. The palate showcases a wellbalanced structure,with pronounced acidity that flows seamlessly, leading to a soft finish. The floral notespersist on the palate, accompanied by hints of lemon grass.
