Tradtional Franconian Kellerbier is a German-style lager that originated in the Franconia region of Bavaria. A hop-forward, unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated lager with a malty flavor.

This bourbon barrel aged imperial milk stout exudes notes of sweet maple, chocolate, caramel, toffee and vanilla. Look for a viscous mouthfeel along with a gentle warming bourbon finish.

Aged on Medium Char American Oak Cognac & Vanilla Beans, The first batch of this complex Barleywine was brewed with a four our boil to build depth within the malt character from the melanoidin reactions. Post fermentation we moved the beer to a conditioning tank where we added medium char American oak spirals and Madagascar vanilla beans that were soaked in VSOP Cognac. The beer was aged on the cognac soaked oak and vanilla beans for a month prior to packaging. Tasting notes – – Fluffy, silky smooth body and mouthfeel – Sweet vanilla, molasses, toffee, caramel, brown sugar and dried fruit – Cognac melds with the Oak and lends to a gentle warming

Our 10.5% American Barleywine, this year’s version was double barrel aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. Originally aged for 10 months then racked into another fresh set of bourbon barrels for 12 months to equal a total of 22 months in barrels.

Created for the stout drinker who prefers an unadulterated experience, this beer delivers balanced chocolate and roast notes along with a fluffy mouthfeel that leaves one refreshed and longing for the next sip.

This immoderately dry-hopped American style Pale Ale radiates perceivable wavelengths of candied pink grapefruit, luscious tropical fruit notes and bright citrusy aromas that illuminate your senses. Bask in the light of Talus hops as they fluoresce in Ultraviolet Shine.

This beer started life as Brass Monkey, then spent a 10 month slumber in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. After a period of conditioning upon toasted coconut, this silky smooth imperial milk stout is poised to hit your taste buds with huge chocolate, coconut, vanilla, bourbon and oak notes. Be wary of what lurks in the shadows.

A Connecticut twist on a traditional German Rauchbier. We use our base traditional German Rauchbier recipe with the addition of Connecticut grade A maple syrup, giving this amber lager subtle hints of smoke and maple. The use of high quality European smoked malt and local maple syrup gives this beer a beautiful complexity of flavors and aromatics.

This bourbon barrel aged imperial milk stout exudes notes of sweet maple, chocolate, caramel, toffee and vanilla. Look for a viscous mouthfeel along with a gentle warming bourbon finish.
