Aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for a period of 12 months this imperial stout hits all the chocolate and roast notes you're craving.

Our 10.5% American Barleywine, this year’s version was double barrel aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. Originally aged for 10 months then racked into another fresh set of bourbon barrels for 12 months to equal a total of 22 months in barrels.

Created for the stout drinker who prefers an unadulterated experience, this beer delivers balanced chocolate and roast notes along with a fluffy mouthfeel that leaves one refreshed and longing for the next sip.

This immoderately dry-hopped American style Pale Ale radiates perceivable wavelengths of candied pink grapefruit, luscious tropical fruit notes and bright citrusy aromas that illuminate your senses. Bask in the light of Talus hops as they fluoresce in Ultraviolet Shine.

This beer started life as Brass Monkey, then spent a 10 month slumber in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. After a period of conditioning upon toasted coconut, this silky smooth imperial milk stout is poised to hit your taste buds with huge chocolate, coconut, vanilla, bourbon and oak notes. Be wary of what lurks in the shadows.

A Connecticut twist on a traditional German Rauchbier. We use our base traditional German Rauchbier recipe with the addition of Connecticut grade A maple syrup, giving this amber lager subtle hints of smoke and maple. The use of high quality European smoked malt and local maple syrup gives this beer a beautiful complexity of flavors and aromatics.

After a 10 month slumber in Heaven Hill barrels, we conditioned the beer on maple syrup and a special blend of locally roasted coffee from our friends at Great Minds Coffee Roasters. This bourbon barrel aged imperial milk stout exudes notes of sweet maple, chocolate, caramel, toffee and vanilla. Look for a viscous mouthfeel along with a gentle warming bourbon finish.

Lose yourself in a category five aromatic spiral of stone fruit, citrus and passionfruit. Expressions of floral and juicy hop character engulf your senses. The perfect storm, the triumvirate of hops, collide and provide this luscious IPA experience. Succumb to the cyclonic centrifuge of Vorticity.

Pouring a deep mahogany, this German style Altbier boasts notes of caramel, bitter chocolate, toasted malts and is balanced by a delicate sweetness that plays in harmony with an easy bitter finish.

The first batch of this complex Barleywine was brewed with a four hour boil to build depth within the malt character from the melanoidin reactions. Post fermentation we moved the beer to a conditioning tank where we added medium char American oak spirals and Madagascar vanilla beans that were soaked in VSOP Cognac. The beer was aged on the Cognac soaked oak and vanilla beans for a month prior to packaging. Look for a fluffy, silky smooth body and mouthfeel, notes of sweet vanilla, molasses, toffee, caramel, brown sugar and dried fruit. The Cognac melds with the oak and lends to a gentle warming finish.

Taste For My Face has been taken to a whole new level, double dry hopped with Strata...hazy, juicy, tropical fruits!!!

Our sour IPA series conditioned on pineapple, cherry and brown sugar. Brewed with milk sugar and dry hopped with Sultana hops.

This beer came to fruition as a way to pay homage to local craft beer pioneers who inspired our own craft beer journey. Brewed in the traditional German style, this beer carries a balance of malty sweetness, undertones of cracker, slight nuttiness, all rounded out by an easy bitterness.

Resurrected after a six year slumber with an updated recipe this New England IPA is dry hopped with a blend of Motueka and Nectaron. This beer is bursting with tropical notes of pineapple and passionfruit along with fresh squeezed citrus character.
