To get a full flavored dark beer that drinks like a Pale Ale, we paired Crystal 120, Roasted
Barley and Black malt with Simcoe, Centennial, Citra, and Summit hops. Notes of cherries,
strawberries, and citrus dominate the palate, yet are balanced. The result is a dark beer that
is surprisingly crisp, full of flavor, and easy to drink.
