Beer Description
Cruzer Weisse is our Santa Cruz version of Berliner Weisse, a traditional Northern German style fermented with both yeast and lactobacillus. In Berlin, some drinkers add sugar syrups to counteract the sourness, but we prefer to embrace the gentle tartness of our kettle-soured Cruzer Weisse.
