Beer Description
Technically, we suppose you donโt need that fork. This IPA will satisfy the cravings of any pie lover, though. We added 18 lbs of rhubarb to the kettle and fermenter along with 7 lbs of El Dorado hops, known for their distinctive strawberry character and fermented with a Belgian yeast. The resulting beer is fragrant, tangy, juicy and has just a hint of spice. What a dish.
