Beer Description
This gives us an oversized red ale that still remains dry, drinkable, & low in malt character all the while providing really nice cracker-jack, & roasted fruit.
Putting our Fieldwork twist on a classic style we did what we do best and left out any and all specialty malt; relying strictly on our base malt and Belgian candy sugar for the red hue of this beer. However the star of this beer is still the hops. We loaded our hoppy red with all Southern Hemisphere hops to provide a complex aroma hitting upfront notes of pineapple and lemongrass, only to give way to more tropical fruit and pine flavors you will rarely find in a red ale.
