Beer Description
This light bodied pale ale was generously hopped with El Dorado, to accentuate the melon flavors.
Then over 1 whole watermelon per keg was added to secondary fermentation. The end result has a great watermelon nose and nice balance between the hop bitterness ans sweetness from the watermelon .
