Beer Description
The new hop crop rides to the rescue! This is the first installment of our Fresh Hop beers. We added over 80 pounds of Fresh Hop Centennial, picked up from a grower in the Willamette valley, to our Workhorse IPA to create a distinctly “horticultural” feel. There are several things that make Fresh Hop beers different: 1.) Seasonality; they are create for a limited time after harvest. Brewers in Portland can drive 20-60 minutes south to farms that have been growing hops for many generations.
