Drake's Reunion Pale

One of the many reasons we love beer is that more often than not, this delicious drink is ready in only a few weeks. Several weeks ago, brewers from Drake’s brewing-past showed up to create two reunion beers. One of these beers is sitting in barrels to age for awhile, but the other one, a hoppy, pale ale, is ready to go. At 65 IBUs, this beers assertive, clean taste, and strong effervescent character will satisfy any hop heads thirst, without weighing you down. English pale malt and a touch of light colored crystal malt are used in the grain-bill, followed by generous amounts of the flavorful West Coast hops Columbus, Simcoe & Apollo. In addition, the brewers included a new kid on the hop-block El Dorado.
