Beer Description
Six String Saison is our non-traditional take on the Franco-Belgian style farmhouse ale. Higher in alcohol and slightly sweeter than itβs uber-dry counterpart, Six String Saison could be described as an Imperial or Double Saison. It is brewed with the highest quality Belgian Pilsen Malt and European hops, but its real flavor comes from the yeast. Fermented at slightly higher temperatures than our other beers, our Belgian yeast strain produces complex flavors ranging from peach and banana to clove and black pepper.
