Beer Description
A beautifully bright, deep golden coloured beer with a tightly packed white head. Fine bubbles, lively carbonation, and great lacing. German hop aroma with an elegant malt component to back it up. Tettnang is a very bright, clean hop with a soft spiciness. The long maturation period has given this beer very clear, well-defined flavors and aromas. A rich, malty lager with bright hoppy notes. The Vienna & Munich malts give this beer a real substantial malt backbone of bread & toast, which is slightly offset by the sharper flavor of the Pilsner malt. The Tettnang imparts a great classically noble, delicately spicy flavor that gives this beer more complexity than the traditional German interpretations.
