Beer Description
A hop forward wheat beer conditioned with lemon peel and brewed with Michigan Centennial hops from Top Hops Farm in Goodrich. An exceptionally full-bodied concoction due to 55% wheat malt complimented by a complex fruity flavor as a result of hops, yeast, and lemon peel. This thirst quenching brew is a memento of these past summer days filled with much fishing and floating around.
