Having matured for one year at this time, the development of winey notes and complex flavours are very evident.
Festival beer at the Great Canadian Beer Festival 2008. This strong ale is heavy and malty with lots of fruitiness. This is the reincarnation of the classic Thor’s Hammer BW that brewmaster Gary Lohin made at former brewpub Sailor Hagar’s.
