A creation of the craft beer movement, the Blonde Ale is reminiscent in many ways of the German Kolsch – deep golden in hue, lightly malty, slightly bitter, and extraordinarily balanced and drinkable. Our modern, Filipino-inspired spin on this classic is subtle and delicate, light in both body and appearance, with a subdued, soft maltiness and unobtrusive hoppiness. Unlike your traditional bland, flavorless, fizzy pale lager, however, our light beer uses imported German barley, a touch of winter white wheat, and continental European and American hops to strike the perfect balance between flavor and refreshment
