Beer Description
The malt base of Hennepin is light on its feet, it’s got adequate body from the relatively high ABV, and it finishes crisp and dry.
When we removed the spices that are characteristic of the classic Hennepin, then late edition and dry hops are really afforded an opportunity to shine. Triskel has a fruity, floral and peppery aroma, with an amplified “noble” type character. Moderately hoppy taste with great spicy notes.
